  2. cabbageboy101 says:

  3. wanderingdesolate says:

can we see less of your face and more of the laptop

  4. orion4mm says:

This laptop sucks so I got an iPad cost more but it’s worth it

  5. faizanjoyia says:

and it has windows 7 on it

  6. faizanjoyia says:

the school has put lots of software on it

  7. faizanjoyia says:

I got one from my school in australia for free it has 2gb of ram, 6 cell battery,
160 gb hdd, it is black and red

  8. KingCluelessDK says:

My Lenovo s10-e runs film i HD and films from Youtube without any problems. A bit of loadtime, but you can ajust the buffer-size and turn down the res if Your Lenovo s10 is to slow. Best buy since my Lenovo T60 (2006 price ^ 2200 USD). Usable keyboard but not for “short-novel-writing”…and 2 USB’s? Want at least +4, so first get at 4-6 USB-HUB and some ekstra loudspeakers if You enjoy music. 6 cell batteri will do, but an extra 6 or 9 cell is in place but 1 pc. of 1 Gb RAM (or 1,5 Gb) is ok. :)

  9. jkmnable says:

Great review! You did a very good job of explaining this.

  10. audistaa says:

can one online game run in this notebook thing?? because I dont have enough to buy a gaming laptop, so im just planning to buy this one coZ I need it for school anyway, but I want to equip it with the online game that i really really love playing.. can this notebook thing handle that game?

  11. iohan16 says:

You are a little bit wrong here.
I am prod posesor of the lenovo s10.
It’s a very small and nice netbook, witch ACTUALY PLAYS GOOD VIDEOS.
It even plays 720p videoclips, aldough movies 720p are a little bit laggy.
I have my “Friends” “Joey” and “South Park” series and it plays them like a charm.
I have a 3-cell battery pack witch gives me about 3 to 3 and a half hours with the brightness turned on full and whireless off. using bluetooth, like i do with a bluetooth headset cuts it down to just 2.

  12. dazacman40 says:

i got one for free with windows 7 with my school

  13. crinklewing says:

I’ve been shopping for a netbook lately and was able to watch YouTube videos with no problems on an Acer Aspire One I tried, which has the same processor. I wonder what explains the difference in performance.

  14. Naoufalitos24 says:

if the keyboard is that small , the why did you get the lenovo ?
get an HP Mini , the keyboards on em are AMAZING

  15. alecsuits says:

I bought an Acer Netbook and watching movies via USB external hard drive suck! major lag, but watching YouTube videos are fine for me. Might just be the Lenovo.

    Great Review.

  16. pbsnakeguy says:

i’m watching this on my lenovo s10e. i love it. it did have a problem loading videos, then i got opera and its faster then my old pc. i have smallish hands so i am fine with the small stuff. the screen is fine for what i want to do with it

  17. masteralan63 says:

    DICKHEAD

  18. justjuush says:

    terrible review

of course u can watch youtube!

  19. KOMIKO007 says:

sir, sorry to say but i am interested of the product and not in your face.

next time, focus your camera on the product and not in your face.

    POOR!!!

  20. bk9696338 says:

There is a 12 inches s12 coming very soon. s10 is too small.

  21. LeonSKennedy828 says:

I’d much rather have a laptop, not as portable but so much better

  22. lucianmobile1 says:

man, the worst review i saw in my life, i had 5 netbook till now and all are playing fine 720p, and some of them 1080p, youtube hd was a problem but that because of the flash player.
if you are courious look at jkkmobile videos!

  23. fancczf says:

what you need is a ultra portable laptop not a netbook, most ultra portable laptop is between 10 and 13 inch very light very thin with a reasonable performance(most of them can run vista without any problems) but much much more expensive than a netbook, probably from 900-3000d though.

  24. Stinja1 says:

i just use my macbook, its small enough to fit in my bag without being too heavy, considering its like the size of a text book

  25. tk0145 says:

Wow, I didn’t realize how crappy netbooks are. I was thinking about getting one but I hadn’t realized how gimped they are. They should make a high quality, high performance mini laptop that can really do it all. The technology is out there but I guess the market may not be.
    Anyways, thanks for the review.

  26. TekBeatTV says:

@Acidrock924 I would take a look at the new line of Toshiba NB models, hope this helps! :)

  27. Acidrock924 says:

can you please recommend a netbook with a better webcam… many thanks

  28. TekBeatTV says:

@iDanielVideo Sorry mine did not :( . Hope this helps!

  29. iDanielVideo says:

does this come with microsoft word?

  30. TekBeatTV says:

@cicong That’s true but once the OS on the iPad is upgraded to its iPhone 4 equivalent, multi-tasking will be a reality which will further blur the lines between netbook and the iPad. Thanks for the comment!

  31. cicong says:

iPad does 1 app at a time. You can’t compare that to a full-blown netbook.

  32. TekBeatTV says:

    @ssips720 Yeap :) .

  33. ssips720 says:

    @TekBeatTV
thank you, i guess it pays to wait a few more weeks

  34. TekBeatTV says:

@ssips720 There are many out there right now, especially the Toshiba netbooks. You should try looking at the dual core atom processor version of the netbooks that are coming out real soon if you’re in the market for them. Hope this helps!

  35. ssips720 says:

whats the competition for this? netbook wise right now

  36. gemlagman1996 says:

    I like the 1005ha

  37. maxclatters says:

    @TekBeatTV will do ;-)

  38. TekBeatTV says:

@maxclatters No problem, that’s what I’m here for to help people out :) . Congratz on the new purchase and let me know what you think about it!

  39. maxclatters says:

@TekBeatTV ok thx for the fast response. I’ve now decided to get the 1101ha seeing as it runs hd video well :D

  40. TekBeatTV says:

@maxclatters It was the 6 cell version, but with any battery that is quoted by a manufacturer your usage may vary. I think the 11 hours battery quote is with like minimal usage and lowest screen brightness etc in the optimal environment :( . For my own usage it didn’t meet the 11 hour quote :( .

  41. maxclatters says:

is this the 6 cell or 3 cell version,? as with 6 cell its predicted 11 hours, but do you think asus is just flattering itself?

  42. TekBeatTV says:

@TheMaron18 Doing my best right now, I’m getting a dell mini 10 review unit soon this week hopefully. I’ll let you know my pick for the top 5 as soon as I review the mini 10 :) . Any other suggestions are welcome! :) Thanks for staying tuned.

  43. TheMaron18 says:

@TekBeatTV hey Will, so what’s your top five? hope u caninclude the Dell Mini 1012..i think Dell is next to Toshiba when it comes to built quality..

  44. TheMaron18 says:

hey Will, i’m still watin’ for your top 5 netbooks..hope you can include Dell 1012 to one of your unboxings and reviews..i think Dell is next to Toshiba when comes to the built quality..

  45. GabTibu says:

Mr tekbeater, any ideas where I can find a review of acer aspire AS7736Z notebook? tigerdirect has it refusbished for 429 and I thought that may be a good starter laptop for a 12 year old niece.
here is the tiger direct sku =S445-170016

  46. TekBeatTV says:

@dudemandude3 Only reason why i bring it up is that many bring up the comparison. I thought I’d throw in my two cents as well :) . Thanks for the comment!

  47. dudemandude3 says:

lol why are you comparing it to a ipad?

  48. TekBeatTV says:

@TheMaron18 Yea I was thinking of doing that as I review more and more netbooks, keep an eye out on my channel for a top 5 ;) . Great idea and thanks for the suggestion!

  49. TekBeatTV says:

@BlessedBrunette Yeap this version of the 1005PE did have multi-touch capability :) . And yea the spacebar symbol was interesting…lol.

  50. TheMaron18 says:
